After a friendly initial call that included calculation of my size & volume estimate, I paid easily over the phone, and had 2 yards of white pea gravel delivered in less than an hour! That's amazing service! I'll be coming back to Black Sand Co for future needs, and recommending them to everyone.

Went in and paid for brick chip. Sat and waited. A big dump truck pulled in went in a paid and he got loaded before me. I waited 20 mins to be loaded.

We had dirt delivered to our home and the company sent a much larger dump truck than the last company we used did. The driver inspected our hill, told us it was fine, took payment, and had us sign what we were told was a receipt - which later turned out to be a contract with very small print saying the customer is responsible for all damage and towing, no matter what. I’ve since learned this is considered “standard,” and by signing, we unknowingly gave them full liability protection once the truck left the curb. The driver couldn’t make the hill, tried multiple times, and then attempted at a different angle without us asking him to, and got the truck stuck in front of a tree. He admitted it was his fault and was genuinely upset. The towing company - who was incredibly kind and apologetic - also agreed it was the driver’s fault. Despite this, the owner told us it was our responsibility because of what we signed. Unknowingly signed. We accepted the normal risk of possible driveway damage. We did not expect to be held financially responsible for a professional driver bringing an oversized truck into a residential neighborhood and making unsafe decisions after assessing the site him

We had a double run down to Black Sand today. I got two loads of fill dirt for a gully that has popped up exposing roots and as my kids run down for the trampoline, I thought we had a trip hazard. The dirt you think you need is half of what it will take. Trust me. I've done it twice now. Easy loading. They older guy on the tractor on my first trip was kind of engaging, but the younger guy on my second run said, "all the way to the back". Not bad service, ut pretty matter of fact. Either way, he loaded me up and the work was done. I'll go back when I need something else.

Called for a last minute delivery, and they were able to fit me in! Fill dirt was delivered within 2 hours after order, and was dumped directly into the hole that it needed to be! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in the area.
